How to make the best and cheapest rice noodles

The noodles in your favorite ramen bowls and Chinese takeout dishes are made of rice.

But while they are generally made with a mixture of white rice and black rice, they can be made without the noodles.

Here’s how to make them without the rice.


Use a broth for the noodles 1.

In a large bowl, add 2 cups of water.

The water should be very hot, but not too hot.

This will help the broth cook faster.


Mix the broth with a teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper.

Add the rest of the ingredients.


Add to a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes.


Remove from heat and stir in the cooked rice noodles.
